Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted and prohibited use of Fameoria

These rules apply to paid services, free public-data tools, customer accounts, checkout and support. They protect account owners, platform users, third parties and the technical operation of Fameoria.

Last reviewed August 2026

  • Use only authorised public targets
  • Do not misrepresent purchased metrics
  • No impersonation, fraud or harassment
  • No scraping, security bypass or payment abuse

01Authorised and public targets

Submit only profiles and content that you own, manage or are authorised to promote. Public visibility does not by itself establish permission. You are responsible for client approval, account-owner consent and any rights needed for the intended campaign.

Targets must remain publicly accessible for fulfilment and review. Do not use Fameoria to interfere with a person who has asked you to stop managing or promoting their account.

02Honest use of purchased metrics

Do not describe purchased followers, likes, views, saves or shares as independently earned audience approval where that statement could mislead another person. Purchased metrics must not be used to make a false claim to customers, sponsors, advertisers, investors, lenders, employers, regulators or platforms.

Do not use an order to falsify eligibility for monetisation, awards, rankings, financing, contractual milestones or verified performance reporting. Businesses and agencies remain responsible for disclosures and advertising rules that apply in their market.

03Impersonation and deceptive accounts

Do not promote an account that impersonates a person, business, public body or organisation, falsely claims affiliation, copies protected identity elements to confuse users, or is designed to obtain money, credentials or sensitive information through deception.

Parody, commentary or fan activity must still comply with applicable law and platform labelling requirements and must not be submitted as an excuse for fraud or targeted harassment.

04Illegal and harmful content

Fameoria must not be used to support:

  • child sexual abuse or exploitation content
  • trafficking, threats, extortion, doxxing or targeted harassment
  • hate or violence directed at protected groups
  • malware, phishing, credential theft or financial scams
  • unlawful controlled goods, weapons or regulated-service promotion
  • content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright or trademark rights
  • activity prohibited by sanctions, court order or applicable law

This list is not exhaustive. A lawful review can still consider context, jurisdiction and risk.

05Political, civic and review manipulation

Do not use Fameoria to create false public support for a political candidate, referendum, public consultation or civic campaign, or to suppress or intimidate participation. Do not use the service to manipulate customer reviews, ratings, votes, petitions, charitable claims or public-interest measurements.

Social engagement counters are not a substitute for verified public opinion. Orders that create heightened deception or public-safety risk can be refused even when the target itself is public.

06Technical misuse

Do not probe, scan, scrape or overload Fameoria beyond ordinary use; bypass authentication, validation, rate limits or access controls; automate abusive checkout; interfere with webhooks; inject malicious input; reverse engineer protected systems; or attempt to discover another customer's account, order or payment information.

Search engines following published crawl controls and normal accessibility technology are not prohibited. API or bulk access requires explicit authorisation.

07Payment and support abuse

Do not use stolen payment sources, submit false transaction information, create duplicate payments to exploit fulfilment, file knowingly false disputes, manipulate evidence, threaten support staff or flood the same case through multiple channels. Never send passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys.

Good-faith complaints, refunds, privacy requests and lawful payment disputes are allowed and will not be treated as abuse merely because the customer disagrees with a decision.

08Free tools and downloaded media

Use public lookup and download tools only for a lawful purpose and content you are entitled to inspect or save. Tool access does not grant ownership, copyright, publicity or commercial reuse rights in a third party's media. Do not use tools to stalk, profile, harass or evade privacy controls.

Private, restricted or deleted material must not be accessed through circumvention. Rate limits and caching exist to protect the service and external providers.

09Enforcement and records

We may reject, pause or cancel an order, restrict a tool, revoke a customer session, preserve relevant records or report activity when we reasonably identify prohibited use, fraud, security risk, provider restriction or a valid legal request. Action should be proportionate to the affected order, account or feature where practical.

Paid but undelivered portions are handled under the Refund and Refill Policy and mandatory law. Enforcement does not require us to disclose confidential fraud-detection methods or information that would endanger another person.

10Reporting and review

Use Reach Us to report suspected misuse. Include the relevant public URL, Fameoria order number if known and enough context to assess the issue. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

An account holder may ask support to review a restriction by explaining the authority, target and intended use. Repeated or severe violations can lead to permanent access restriction. Nothing in this policy obliges Fameoria to fulfil an order that would create legal, safety or provider risk.
