We do not publish invented staff profiles or a polished office story. What matters to a customer is who owns the catalogue, the order path, support decisions and the evidence on the page. These are the operating responsibilities behind Fameoria.
Catalogue and pricing
This work keeps product names, minimums, caps, variations, delivery modes and displayed prices aligned with the service configuration. Price checks matter because a persuasive page is still wrong if its package table disagrees with checkout.
Fulfilment operations
Operations follows the path from confirmed payment to provider submission and delivery status. Stalled, rejected or partially delivered orders need record-level review rather than a generic promise about speed.
Customer support
Support uses the order number, target, payment state, starting count and delivery history to answer a case. Refund and refill requests are assessed against the published policy and the specific service line.
Engineering and security
Engineering maintains checkout, customer sessions, order tracking, provider callbacks, public-data tools, caching and rate limits. Social account passwords are outside the product flow and should never be sent through support.
Research and publishing
Content work combines keyword research, live SERP review, product truth and rendered-page checks. AI can assist drafting and localization, but claims, prices, links and market-specific wording still require evidence review.
Localization
Turkish and Arabic are treated as customer markets, not as a find-and-replace layer. Review includes currency behavior, search language, right-to-left rendering, internal links and the same operational boundaries used on English pages.
