Terms for using Fameoria
These Terms of Use govern the Fameoria website, customer accounts, free tools and paid Instagram and TikTok services. Read them together with the product page, checkout summary, Refund and Refill Policy, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy before placing an order.

- Public and authorised targets only
- No Instagram or TikTok password required
- The checkout summary controls each purchase
- Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected
01About these terms and the contract
These terms form an agreement between the person using Fameoria and Fameoria, which operates this storefront from the United Arab Emirates. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Fameoria; "you" means the visitor, account holder or customer.
By creating an account, using a free tool, submitting an order or otherwise using the site after being shown these terms, you agree to the version in effect at that time. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A product page or checkout term that is more specific to an order takes priority over a general statement here for that order. Mandatory law takes priority over both.
02Eligibility and authority
Paid services are available only to people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you act for a company, client or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it and that it accepts these terms.
You may submit only a profile, post, Reel or video that you own, manage or are authorised to promote. The fact that a target is public does not prove permission. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from an account owner, client, featured person or rights holder before ordering.
03What Fameoria provides
Fameoria sells defined units of visible social engagement, including followers, likes, views, saves and shares, for eligible public Instagram and TikTok targets. The exact product, quantity, variation, displayed currency, price and expected timing are shown on the relevant product page and confirmed in the checkout summary.
An order purchases only the unit named in that summary. It does not purchase editorial approval, platform recommendation, organic audience interest, watch time, comments, sales, leads, monetisation eligibility or any other result unless that result is expressly listed as the product. We do not promise that one metric will cause another metric to increase.
04Independent service and platform rules
Fameoria is independent from Instagram, TikTok, Meta, ByteDance and their affiliates. Those companies do not sponsor, endorse or administer Fameoria. Their names and product features are used only to identify compatible public targets.
You remain responsible for the rules, policies and laws that apply to your account and activity. Platforms can change interfaces, counters, recommendation systems, moderation practices and access rules without notice to us. They may remove engagement, restrict content or take account action. Fameoria cannot control or reverse a platform decision.
05Submitting a valid target
Follower services normally require an exact public username. Post-level services require the public URL requested by the product. Check the target before payment. A typo, copied profile instead of post, deleted item, private account, age or regional restriction, changed username or unsupported content type can prevent delivery.
Keep the target public and stable while the order is active and during any support review. Do not rename the profile, archive or delete the content, remove delivered engagement or submit overlapping orders from another provider for the same counter. These changes can interrupt fulfilment and make the starting count or delivered amount impossible to verify.
06Standard, gradual and split delivery
Where a product offers Standard or Gradual delivery, the selected variation changes pacing, not the type of engagement purchased. Standard normally submits the confirmed quantity as one fulfilment instruction. Gradual distributes it across the schedule selected at checkout. A split option allocates an eligible quantity across the submitted public links subject to the minimum shown in the product flow.
Delivery labels are operational descriptions, not claims about how a platform will classify or treat an order. Availability can differ by product, quantity and market. The checkout summary is the final source for the variation attached to an order.
07Prices, currencies and corrections
Prices are displayed before payment and can vary by product, quantity, variation and storefront currency. Turkish storefront prices may be displayed in TRY; other storefronts use the currency configured for that market. Exchange-rate changes, network fees or a hosted payment quote may affect the amount of a cryptocurrency transaction.
The cart total and hosted payment request are the final price records before payment. If a clear technical or typographical error produces an obviously incorrect price, quantity or total, we may cancel the affected transaction and return confirmed funds rather than fulfil the erroneous listing. We will not change the confirmed price merely because the ordinary catalogue price changes later.
08Payment authorisation and confirmation
Available payment methods are those shown in the live checkout. The currently configured route sends customers to a hosted payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected wallet, account or payment source and that the payment information you provide is accurate.
An order remains pending until the provider reports sufficient payment confirmation. Quotes can expire, blockchain networks can delay confirmation, and sending the wrong asset, network or amount can prevent automatic matching. Do not create duplicate payments while a transaction is pending. Contact support with the order number and provider transaction identifier, never a seed phrase, private key or social account password.
09When performance begins and cancellation rights
Digital fulfilment may begin after payment confirmation because customers normally order for prompt delivery. Any statutory right to withdraw, cancel or request performance to begin during a withdrawal period applies as required by the law governing the transaction. The separate 30-day Fameoria refund and refill process is an operational policy and does not replace a mandatory statutory remedy.
Where the law requires express consent or acknowledgement before immediate performance affects a withdrawal right, that requirement must be collected separately in the purchase flow. A sentence in these terms alone is not intended to waive a right that law says can be waived only through a separate, explicit action.
10Delivery estimates and order status
Start and completion times are estimates based on the selected service, quantity, target status and provider conditions. They are not fixed deadlines unless checkout expressly says otherwise. An order can move through pending payment, paid, processing, partial, completed, cancelled, error or refunded states. A completed status means the purchased unit was reported as delivered; it does not certify a future retention period or an external business outcome.
Temporary platform changes, provider interruptions, network congestion, target restrictions and customer changes can delay or stop delivery. We may restart, reroute, refill, proportionally refund or cancel the affected line depending on the order record and the applicable policy.
11Refills, refunds and payment disputes
Eligible non-delivery and post-delivery drops can be reviewed under the Refund and Refill Policy during its stated 30-day request window. The order number, target, starting count, delivered count, provider record and changes to the target are used to assess the request. A delivered order is not refundable solely because reach, recommendations, sales, follower activity or another unpurchased result did not change.
Contact support before opening a chargeback so the order can be investigated. Nothing in this clause prevents a lawful payment dispute or mandatory consumer remedy. Fraudulent disputes, duplicate claims or altered evidence may result in account restriction and preservation of relevant records for the payment provider or competent authority.
12Customer accounts and communications
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for an order or customer account and for keeping your Fameoria password confidential. We store a password hash, not the readable password. Do not reuse a social account or wallet password. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account access.
We may send transactional messages about registration, payment, order status, security, refunds or support. These messages are part of operating the requested service and are separate from optional marketing. You are responsible for checking that the email address supplied at checkout is correct.
13Acceptable use and honest representation
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not use Fameoria for an account you are not authorised to manage, impersonation, harassment, fraud, illegal content, election interference, manipulated reviews or technical abuse.
Purchased metrics must not be represented as independently earned audience approval where that representation would mislead a customer, advertiser, sponsor, investor, lender, regulator, platform or other decision-maker. Do not use purchased engagement to falsify eligibility for monetisation, financing, awards, rankings or contractual performance. Businesses and agencies remain responsible for advertising disclosures and consumer-protection rules that apply to their use.
14Free tools and public data
Free tools process public usernames, URLs or media made available by the relevant platform or an external lookup provider. Results can be incomplete, delayed or unavailable for private, restricted or changed targets. A tool result is informational and is not an official platform statement, ownership check or account audit.
Use download and lookup tools only for content you are entitled to inspect or save. Fameoria does not grant copyright, publicity, trademark or reuse rights in third-party profiles or media. Rate limits, validation, caching and access restrictions may be applied to protect the tools and their providers.
15Website content and limited licence
Fameoria grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the website for lawful personal or internal business use. This does not transfer ownership of the site, software, design, text, brand assets or databases.
You may not copy substantial parts of the site, resell access, mirror pages, remove rights notices, reverse engineer protected components, bypass security or rate limits, inject malicious code, or use automated access in a way that burdens the service. Ordinary browser indexing by compliant search engines and sharing links to public pages are not prohibited by this clause.
16Third-party services and links
The site relies on third-party infrastructure, payment, email, fulfilment and public-data providers. External pages have their own terms, privacy notices and availability. A link or technical integration does not mean Fameoria controls or endorses every statement or practice of that provider.
You are responsible for reviewing a hosted payment request before sending funds and for following the target platform's rules. We may replace a provider when necessary, provided the change does not reduce a mandatory right attached to an existing transaction.
17Suspension, refusal and termination
We may reject or pause an order, revoke a customer session, limit a tool or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, prohibited use, payment disputes, legal requests, provider restrictions or fulfilment risk. Where practical, the action will be limited to the affected account, order or feature.
Undelivered paid portions are handled under the Refund and Refill Policy and applicable law. Suspension does not erase payment, order, fraud-prevention or legal records that must be retained. You may stop using the site at any time and may request account deletion subject to the Privacy Policy.
18Availability, errors and changes
We aim to keep the storefront, account area, order tracking and tools available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. Maintenance, provider outages, platform changes and security events can affect access. We may correct content, remove a product or change a future package, variation or payment method.
Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the review date and, where required, a more prominent notice. A material change does not retroactively rewrite the confirmed product and price for an existing paid order unless the parties agree or law requires it.
19Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and free tools are provided on an availability basis, and external platform data may contain errors or delays. Fameoria is responsible for the paid service described at checkout, subject to these terms and mandatory law, but is not responsible for platform moderation, recommendation decisions, customer content, third-party outages or losses caused by an invalid target supplied by the customer.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the confirmed order. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability and consumer right that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.
20Governing terms, complaints and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not remove mandatory consumer rules that protect you in your country of residence.
Questions, complaints and legal notices should be sent through Reach Us with the relevant account email, order number, target and a clear description of the issue. Do not send passwords, private wallet keys or unnecessary identity documents. If one clause is unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
