The confirmed service line
Coverage starts with the product, target, quantity, variation, currency and total shown in the checkout record. If a request concerns several items, each service line is reviewed against its own delivery record.
Coverage is tied to the engagement unit confirmed at checkout. It is not a promise of reach, sales, retention forever or a particular platform decision. The 30-day policy provides a review path for eligible non-delivery and post-delivery drops.
Coverage starts with the product, target, quantity, variation, currency and total shown in the checkout record. If a request concerns several items, each service line is reviewed against its own delivery record.
An order that does not start, cannot be delivered or materially differs from the confirmed item may qualify for a full or proportional refund review. Pending payment is not delivery failure because fulfilment has not been released.
When a verified delivered count later falls below the delivered amount within 30 days, the normal remedy is review for a refill of the eligible shortfall. Retention outside that window is not promised indefinitely.
Making the target private, deleting content, changing the username, removing delivered engagement or placing overlapping orders can prevent reliable verification. Those changes may make a refill or refund request ineligible.
Followers, likes, views, saves and shares can change a visible count. They do not guarantee recommendation traffic, organic comments, revenue, audience fit or protection from platform moderation.
Use Reach Us within 30 days and include the order number, affected service line, target and concise description. Keep the target public and unchanged while payment, starting-count and delivery records are checked.
